Creative, confidence-building workshops using rap, rhythm, and writing to explore self-expression, respect, and wellbeing.

PSHE Workshops

Our PSHE workshops bring personal, social, and emotional learning to life through creative writing and performance.

Using rap and spoken word, students explore themes like confidence, communication, respect, and resilience — expressing their ideas in ways that feel real, relevant, and empowering.

Each workshop helps pupils understand themselves and others while developing empathy and confidence.

What to Expect

💭 Explore PSHE themes such as identity, respect, and wellbeing through creative writing

✍️ Write short pieces or verses that express their thoughts and feelings

🎤 Build confidence performing and sharing their ideas
