Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Rap School website, workshops, and digital products (including The Teaching Toolkit). By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

In-person workshops for schools, community projects, and organisations.
Online workshops.
CPD sessions and consultancy
Digital resources, including The Teaching Toolkit.

Licensing for The Teaching Toolkit

Single Teacher Licence (£149/year) — access is granted to one named teacher for classroom use.
Whole School Licence (£449/year) — access is granted to up to 10 teachers within the same institution.
Licences are non-transferable. Sharing login details outside your licence type is prohibited.

Payment & Invoicing

Payment can be made via secure checkout or invoice (by prior arrangement).
Access is granted once payment is received.

Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, lesson plans, worksheets, and beats, remain the intellectual property of The Rap School.
You are granted a licence to use materials for educational purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorised sharing is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds relating to both in-person workshops and digital products purchased from The Rap School.

1. Digital Products (The Teaching Toolkit)

The Teaching Toolkit is a digital product, available under annual licence.
Schools and teachers can choose to pay by card/PayPal or by invoice.
If paying by card/PayPal, access is granted immediately once payment is processed.
If paying by invoice, access will be granted once the invoice has cleared.
All digital product sales are final. Because access is delivered instantly (or upon invoice clearance), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
If you encounter technical issues with your access, please contact us at rob@therapschool.com and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.

2. Workshops

Once a date has been agreed (via email or otherwise), the booking is reserved and not offered to any other client.

14+ days before the event: cancellation is free of charge.
8–14 days before the event: 50% of the agreed fee will be invoiced.
7 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the agreed fee will be invoiced.
Rescheduling: free of charge, unless rescheduled within 48 hours of the event start, in which case 50% of the fee will be invoiced in addition to the original fee for the new date.
If non-refundable accommodation has already been booked, this cost will be passed on to your organisation.
If The Rap School is unable to deliver the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, either a suitable replacement facilitator will be arranged or the event will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
