The Rap School is a fast-paced, interactive session from world champion freestyle rapper Jack Flash that combines a freestyle rap showcase with a hands-on workshop. Families learn the basics of rhythm and rhyme together, take part in playful creative exercises, and build something to collectively perform by the end of the session.

A short freestyle rap performance to set the tone

About Jack Flash...
Jack Flash (aka Rob Bradley) is a world champion freestyle rapper, writer, and educator with extensive experience delivering participatory work for young people and families across the UK. His work blends performance, creativity, and confidence-building to create welcoming, participatory experiences.
Throughout the school year he works with thousands of young people across the UK, with that work shifting into festivals over the summer. Recent appearances and projects include Latitude, TEDx, Big Malarkey, Liverpool Children’s Festival of Books, Newark Book Festival, Huddersfield Literature Festival, and Bradford Literature Festival.
