Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your booking with The Rap School.
Once a date has been agreed, whether via email or otherwise, the date is reserved and is not offered to anyone else.
If you cancel the booking with more than 14 days notice from the start of the event, there is no charge.
If you cancel the booking with between 8 and 14 days notice before the start of the event, half the amount of the agreed fee will be invoiced.
If you cancel the booking with 7 or fewer days before the start of the event, the full amount of the agreed fee will be invoiced.
If you reschedule the booking there is no cost unless it is within 48 hours of the start of the event. In which case half of the agreed fee will be invoiced in addition to the original fee for the rescheduled booking.
If you reschedule the booking and non-refundable accommodation has been booked then the cost will be passed onto your organisation.
If The Rap School cannot fulfil the obligations of the event due to an unforeseen circumstance then we endeavour to let you know as soon as possible. We will confirm a new date with you and honour the commitment as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
The primary facilitator is Rob Bradley, but if Rob can not make the session due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance he may organise a suitable replacement facilitator. Details of which will be sent to you in advance of the visit. The cost of the workshops shall remain as agreed.
